This used to be once a glamorous hotel unfortunately one can observe how it’s falling apart. Why the lobby and rooms are fairly well-maintained. The pool area and the fitness center are completely decaying.

Oh if only I had a Time Machine. When this hotel was built in the late nineties it was probably the go to hotel in Bangkok. Since then the main arrival airport has changed from Don Muang to suvarnabhumi, some 40 kms away. This has reduced the amount of people that choose to stay there. That’s a shame because the hotel has some incredible solid oak features When I stayed there I was one of 25 one night and one of 30 the other. And it has a capacity of 400 . Staff polite and efficient. Room spotless. I have not found a Thai hotel to be anything less than excellent in 40 years and the Rama gardens were no exception.

Excellent stay, great staff and super restaurant with a buffet breakfast with loads of choices. Quiet large rooms and bathrooms. If ever back in Bangkok will stay there again.

This hotel is definitely a 10. 5 star hotel room for the price of Motel 6 or cheaper. The property is huge and secure. Easy access to where ever you want to go in Bangkok.

I did enjoy the stay within the hotel, however there were some flaws not detailed on the advertisement. I stated multiple restaurants within the Hotel, it did not state that the majority of these were closed due to varying issues. Hotel room shower did not function and even after repair barely had pressure. Outdoor pool bar was never manned and you had to continue to go inside some distance for a drink. Overall it was a decent hotel but needs to advertise correctly and also provide the service that it states.

It all works. Check-in straightforward. Parking very easy. Lifts work. Everything in the room works. Reasonable level of lighting. Air con fully adjustable and quiet. Hot water is hot. Only slight downsides - shower rather small and cramped; only two internet connections permitted per room - in the modern world we all have multiple devices 6 is really the minimum number needed per room.

I was disappointed because the facilities listed were NOT available. The Spa and Fitness were NOT available, and although I recognize covid has changed things this should be reflected in the description of the property because after a long journey I was looking forward to a spa session.

バンコク市内へタクシーを使って移動する人はかなり、不向きな場所にあります。 観光地からの帰りが、場所によって高速を使ってホテルに戻るのですが、少し先か手前で高速降りないといけません。それゆえに、不便を感じました。コンビニも少し歩かないと行けないので、バンコク市内で遊ぶ方は厳しいかなと思いました。
