All good but hotel key only one

Location is good. However, they only give one hotel key. It is abit inconvenient if you are going with friends. Because we may not be returning to the hotel together

This hotel is awesome! I stayed for 4 nights. Everything is great except at night can hear cars. If you can sleep through noise, it's fine. For me I have no problem sleeping. Bed is comfortable too. Nothing much on TV but we have WiFi for our phones to watch shows. The hotel staffs are very friendly. The lady who showed us our room was friendly. Especially this one guy at the counter who is super cheerful and greets us with enthusiasm everytime we see him! I didn't manage to get his name but he will sometimes have lunch with his wife and daughter outside the hotel. It is a very warming sight. Do look out for him when you stay at this hotel! He is super helpful!! This hotel is at the massage lane so every night it is very convenient to massage daily. It is also near sabx2 wanton mee and Platinum mall. Evern if you want to taxi/Grab to Siam/Chatuchak/night markets, the traffic is okay and easy to get taxis. There are 7-11s nearby too for supplies. Highly recommended!

Location is good but not happy as no breakfast

Location is good as it is facing main road & near to pratunam fashion mall. That is the thing i like the rest is not so good. Superior Room is quite small for 2 adult with 2 big 28 inch luggage. Maybe for those with 2 big luggage should go for bigger room. Dark balcony at night (i stay level 4) when i try walk to my room at end of corridor. Cant see my door handle especially when i try to scan for my card to get in because is too dark.They got light in corridor certain hours of the day, but maybe try to save electricity by off the corridor light but this is not right. It just make us difficult to walk to our room which is at end of corridor. Bathroom shower experience is worst. The shower head and it stand is wobbling as you shower and without fail drop to the floor everytime you shower and also knocking off all your shampoo & things along its way when the shower head dropping to the floor from its handle. Very frustrating everytime when you wish to shower. They should just change this faulty shower head and it's stand. Heater is fine luckily.I book through airasiago website. In airasiago said got provide breakfast. We paid this said price in website expected breakfast included but upon arrival, this hotel say they didn't provide breakfast since Jan due to shortage of staff and cant help us on this issue. Of course we felt cheated anyway (confuse as the same time). I would rather go to other hotel in the area with same price with breakfast provided.

Cheap and in a good location

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great although can be noisy at night with it being on the main road. We had a couple of problems with the room but they were quickly sorted out by the staff. Our safe box did not work but was replaced, we had ants in the room near the coffee/tea making facilities (staff suggested it could have been from poor housekeeping and not being cleaned properly after previous guest) and the pipe to the shower head had cracked meaning the water pressure was very low. There were two cooked dishes along with rice each day for breakfast but were cold.

被啃了的住所。

货不对办，选了四个人同住的家庭房，在询问邮件里只说明住在另一条街，却没说明住的地方是背包客栈，当据理力争的时候却坚持四个月前预订的价钱就是住在背包客栈的价钱，如果要住在这里的话得额外加钱，同时所居住的地方介于晚上到早晨都有股臭味，拉了管理员来房间里来看，除了说会拿清香剂来喷洒之外就没有其他的办法，可时间一到臭味还是不请自来。

Definitely recommend!

Occupied 2 rooms on level 2, having the whole level by ourselves. Clean and spacious room(upgraded for us). Friendly staff and perfect location(opposite Platinum mall). Good massage place beside hotel, highly recommend 'Siam Thai Spa'.

Value-for-money at a good location

Plus: great location! Few mins walk to platinum mall and amari watergate (for gentlemen who would like to tailor shirts). Street food is around and the row of massage parlors is just right beside. Friendly service staff with reasonable understanding of english. Am ok to do without room slippers and toothbrush etc. due to the cheap price. Minus: I had a basic but value-for-money room, but visited my friend's room and that was way smaller (both rooms are meant for 2 pax). Not recommended for people who need quiet sleep as you can constantly hear cars driving past at night when you are trying to get sleep.

Nice hotel, close to metro and skytrain, great terrace for breakfast. Could have been great, BUT... I had a terrible smell in my bathroom and had to change room after one night. The other room was ok. Staff handled it wess, but it was obvious that they knew about the problem. The whole hotel smells funny, I have never seen so many air fresheners in the same location before...
