Our airplane had a mechanical failure which resulted in us arriving a day late. I emailed the property more than 24 hours prior to our scheduled arrival and they acknowledged receipt. Expedia said they contacted the property and the property refused to give us a refund for that missed day. We paid for an entire night that we did not spend at this hotel and the reason the hotel refused to refund the money was because of "policy." The hotel property was full of trash and the pool drained, the hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade or remodel, everything looks right out of the 1970s. As is usual in Thailand, the staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly and attentive to our every need and request.

一人旅で利用しました。 ホテルのスタッフは親切でフレンドリーで対応はとても良かったです！ 設備は少し古いですが価格の割に広く清潔に保たれておりまったく問題ありません。 シャワーの水圧も良好です。 部屋も毎日綺麗に清掃してくれます。 ウドムスック駅から歩いて7分くらいの場所にあります。 夜ホテル前の通りは暗いが特に治安は悪く感じなかった。

No pool, just a pond :(

There is no usable pool! :( a group of us booked this hotel on the fact it had parking and a pool. At check in I asked what level the pool is on, the lady said 8th floor. We searched the whole of the hotel and couldn’t find a pool. Went back to reception, a guy led us out the back and to a dark, unlit, dirty ‘pond’, and then walked off. This was the pool. It hasn’t been cleaned for a year- no filters or pumps running, even think there was fish in there. We went to complain and they just replied ‘covid’. This ruined our plans, hotels.com were contacted and didn’t seem to care. The room was good, clean, comfortable and of a good size. But, we booked it on having a pool, very annoyed at this :(

Second time reserve Lily residence

“Welcome Back ” When I just enter the lobby, I hear this first. So sweet! This is my second time reserve Lily residence. Thanks for remembering me. Service is good, everyone smile at you. The room price isn’t expensive. Room is big, clean, fully-equipped. Near BTS station (Udom Suk) is around 5mins by walk There are restaurants, coffee shops, massages near Udom suk station. If you have exhibition in the BITEC, please must reserve here. Lily will pick up you to BITEC in the morning. How is convenience for business persons. By the way, the good coffee store (La Mesa Coffee Co.) in front of hotel. Please must try Pumpkin Spice Latte. Its yummy.

Good place for people visiting BITEC

I stayed at Lily Residence for 3 nights for my business trip. My business partner and I joined Asean Beauty in 2019 at BITEC in Bangkok. I think this residence hotel is good for joining the fair with some reasons. 1. Good location: it takes 10 to 15 minutes by Grab taxi, and it is located on the opposite side of the rush hour. Therefore it is good for joining the fair during the day time, and it was also good for us to enjoy the night time at the center of Bangkok. 2. Quiet place: As many people know, there are so many attractions at the center. It is not easy not to enjoy night life. However, this residence is 10km away from the center. It was very quiet and I could take a break after the fair. Also, there are some limited points at this residence. 1. Far away from the center: it is not recommendable if you are not going to join in the fair or other events at BITEC. It is really far away from the downtown. This place is just good for business people visiting BITEC. 2. Few cable channel: I thought that less than 5 to 7 cable channels for international travelers. It is a perfect place for relaxing but there are few things to do at night. There was one vending machine at the lobby for drinks. Even it took 10 minutes to stop by CVS on foot. Simply put, this residence has clear good points and inconvenient points.

Das Lily Residence liegt zwar nicht im direktesten Stadtzentrum von Bangkok, aber dafür ist man mit dem BTS schnell dort und hat den Vorteil, nicht direkt im Trubel untergebracht zu sein, sondern die Rückkehr zum Zimmer auch als Rückkehr zu sich selbst nutzen zu können. Das Pool ist wirklich das Highlight des Hotels, es sieht so aus wie auf dem Foto und man hat es meist für sich allein, da das Hotel nicht sehr touristisch ausgelegt ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich und die Suites mit 50m² sind groß und gut genug, um sich wohlzufühlen. Ein 7Eleven liegt am Anfang der Straße, das ist in Bkk immer ein großer Vorteil. Die BTS-Station ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ich komme immer wieder gerne ins Lily!

The location is a bit inconvenient, far back on a Soi off Sukumvit road, but it is a nice hotel. Breakfast, service and the room were generally excellent, but there was some unrepaired water damage to the floor. The restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner and there is no bar.

bts 타기엔 가장 가까웠고, 객실내 금고는 중간에 비밀번호가 바껴서 좀 의심스러워서 안쓰는게 좋을것 같아요. 딱 바디워시 샴푸 헤어캡 만 제공해요 참고하세요

Location is good and convenience (near BTS station around 5-10mins, convenience store. coffee shop and local pharmacy). Service is good. (Hotel provide the free bus to the BITEC). Breakfast is simple but is enough for me. I think I will book here next time. By the way, the room don't have pretty decoration but clean and comfortable.
