Clean and tidy. 1 minute walk from BTS National Stadium station. Plenty of dining options nearby. Maybe a bit noisy considering the proximity to the train station, but the noise is minimal and completely bearable. Cozy bedroom with supply of shampoo, shower gel, and body lotions. Staff are friendly and helpful.

One of the worst place to stay in Bangkok for its price. Apart from being right in front of a BTS, nothing else was commendable. I had booked 6 nights and checked out after the first. Because it’s so near to the roads and BTS, noise was unbearable and the staffs will disregard even if you’ve voiced it out. We tried requesting for a change of room on the first night but they said they were fully booked and couldn’t move us. The next day, their morning shift staff lied to Expedia when we tried to ask for a partial refund, saying they had already moved us. The worst of Bangkok hospitality I’ve seen. Even if it’s the language barrier, they don’t deserve that benefit of doubt. With that said, if your English is not good and you don’t speak Thai, communication is almost impossible with any of their staff, not that their English is even good to begin with. The exact description of this place: rooms are not soundproof, the view is either the back of old and dirty shophouses or some weird ministry/ school, the room lights are unless and overall dim af, the bathroom bath tubs are redundant as any small amount of water from the shower will start flooding the floor, their is also no amenities or facilities, the roof lounge is even weirder. By far, really the worst and I don’t know how the good reviewers are lying about this.

The room is spacious and clean. However, it is just next to the BTS track/main road and is very very noisy at night. The windows are not soundproof, making it difficult for us to have good sleep throughout the trip.

We enjoyed the big room as well as convenience of the location. The MRT Station is right in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the noise coming from the road traffic is bad - almost throughout the night we can hear the traffic noise. I can barely sleep during my stay. Otheriwse, this will be a great choice during our bangkok stay.

This is our second stay at Krit Thai. The location is great, next to BTS Nation stadium. We chose it also because it has room to accommodate 3 persons - 1 queen and 1 single bed without needing to sleep on a foldable spring bed. Rooms are clean, no carpets which is great! Sadly, the hotel upkeep wasn't ideal. The bathroom door handle was loose, the door creaks. Room slippers are non disposable, which means u don't know who has worn it. Only shampoo is offered, no conditioner. We had the corner room and it overlooks the BTS tracks and road. Noisy. Apparently, the BTS starts running at 5am. Overall, it's still a decent hotel with basic amenities met.

Not really happy with the hotel, the water heater in the room was not working properly, we have to keep asking the plumber to come back to check and re-check. Toilet kept have a cigarette smell when we checked-in on the 1st day. The single bed position is located beside an aircon compressor the sound of the compressor at night make my friend can't sleep well.

Very convenient location, clean environment, breakfast is good and it's value for money. Only bed room slipper, will prefer those disposable type rather than the reusable one. It will be better if got shower curtain so make bathing without splashing out of bath tub & wet the floors.

KritThai Fantastic Stay
Rooms were spacious enough , the beds were so lovely I slept like a baby the whole night, the staff was super friendly and nice especially John and Nop. Thank you everyone there at KritThai It was close to everything, MBK Siam and Train station was just outside. Breakfast was lovely .

Great location, very convenient, near BTS and shopping areas. Very good customer service. Good breakfast provided. The only weakness is near main road, quite noisy early morning. The shower hot water not able to provide hot water consistent. Sometime turn cold, sometimes too hot.

Renovations have brightened up Krit Thai considerably! Breakfasts were varied and delicious. Pleasant, helpful staff and a central location with plenty of transportation options and good walkabouts.

Booked the Triple room and it was spacious enough. Love the space for our luggage & sufficient hanging space above the luggage rack. The 3rd sleeps on a platform bed with corner windows that allows light into the room. My only wish is that the bathroom be a fraction bigger.

The staff were amazing. The breakfast was good though limited. Very convenient location and there's a massage place just next to it. It would be nice to add a shower curtain to prevent water from splashing out of the tub. Will be back for sure.

It was an excellent stay at KritThai! My family and I stayed there for 4 nights while in Bangkok. It is a very convenient location close to all the shopping areas there like MBK. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The beds and pillows were comfortable! I'm always a sucker for soft pillows at hotels; it's some thing I always look for. The only thing is that you can hear the bts train from the hotel room; it didn't bother me in particular it just sounded like it was raining and when I looked out the window it was just the train. If you're a light sleeper, this might bother you a bit more. But my family and I were fine with it. We would stay here again!

Would rate it perfect if not for the sound proofing.Do understand that the hotel is in a busy tourist area and is next to the BTS. For the rest, really can't any fault with the hotel. Cleanliness and bed comfort are perfect.Love the pillows. Location is very good. Two 7-11 within 2 minutes walk. BTS Station just in front of the hotel. Do give it a try. I did and was not disappointed. I will stay here again.

Very convenient location (just 2 mins walk to National Stadium BTS), comfy room, spacious and big king bed, I would like to thank Mai for her extra mile service, we have ordered Grab Food, and it comes in 2 packets of soup, after collecting the food from the lobby, when we were back in the room, the phone rang, Mai on the other line called as asked if we need bowls and cutlery. She is very friendly, polite and extremely observant and helpful. We were very impressed by her initiative. All the staffs there are very friendly too. Oh, not forgetting our hotel breakfast, it has a decent breakfast. selections and of good quality! Will be back again!

very loud!
The hotel is quite old, the moment we entered the room, we noticed there was a smell. The biggest problem is the street noise. SUPER LOUD all night long with crazy motorcycle driving by. The hotel should really use some thicker windows. Service is decent. Location is good for shopping.

Very basic hotel, not value for money
Would not recommend the hotel as there are few amenities (hotel website states the electrical plugs are universal but only 1 plug is), there is no constant supply of hot water (on and off), limited to 1 free bottle of water per person per day, breakfast selection was mediocre. Room size is small for 3 pax. The only pro is that it is next to BTS aka convenient but it also means it is noisy and can hear traffic in the room. Service sub par as well.. will not return.
