Location is great: not far from Central World mall and dining and massage options. Good connection with BKK airport directly. Only downgrading experience was not properly working air conditioner in the room. It manageable once it's cold but it was taking ages to cool the room down.

Quiet Gem

Stayed here for a week upon arriving in Bangkok. Arrived very late as my plane did not land until 11pm. Was happy to find someone working reception and ready to check me in. Quick easy check-in with 500baht key deposit. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Every room had a small balcony, unfortunately I was on a lower floor and my balcony faced a residential home so it had a bunch of fake greenery blocking the sun so the room did not really get any natural light which I would of liked. Rooms on the end of the hallway facing the front of the hotel have large windows. As far as I could tell my room was one of the only ones that had this setup on the balcony, room 215. The rooftop pool area and patio were amazing. I spent a ton of time here enjoying the pool to cool off from the Bangkok heat and enjoy to view and the breeze. The rooftop had a great view of Baiyoke tower. The pool was also pristine and I had it to myself pretty much the whole time. For me the rooftop areas were the reason I booked and it was exactly what I wanted. The staff was always very nice and friendly and helpful. I needed a train ticket printed and they in did that for me. They also allowed me to stay and use the rooftop pool and areas for pretty much the whole day after I checked out since my train didn't leave until 7pm. The hotel is within a 5-10 minute walk to 2 different parks, the airport BTS link and the Victory BTS link, and the Pratunam market. Also within easy walk to central world and siam malls.

Praktisch nahe Sky train station zum BKK gelegen, in ruhiger Seitenstraße. Zimmer wie auf Foto, aber etwas abgewohnt, v.a. aufgedunsene Laminatfugen, und mein Zimmer im 1. Stock war sehr düster. Pool auf dem Dach ist nett aber klein und ohne Schattenplätze, daher eher für den Abend zu gebrauchen. Unkomplizierter check in und Check Out.

Quite nice hotel in quite good localization. Few minutes walking from City Line from the BKK Airport. Near 7-11 and some other nice restaurants. Also walking distance to Pratunam Market. The room was small but comfortable. Good and nice swimming pool on the roof. And really very nice and helpful hotel staff. They postponed our reservation for free (because the airline changed our timetable.)

Disappointing location; paper walls.

Was kept up at night by sounds in the hall. I could hear the lobby phone from my room. I can hear the cleaning crew cleaning. Location is bad with little to do in an area you dont want to walk alone as a woman. I would not book again.

Nice out of the way place.

A little off the beaten track, but new and comfortable property. Once we discovered the secret way to get around it was OK. Has older houses in the neighborhood with chickens and roosters, so be expected to wake up early.

I like how the staffs of this hotel are so friendly and welcoming the guest. The room is very clean and tidy. The roof top swimming pool is perfect at the sunset hour with the golden sky. Located in a alley of a walking distance to pratunam, victory monument, king power, central world, and have 2 stores of 7-11 located near by the hotel. There also have a mini coffee shop in same area of the lobby, cappuccino tastes very great ! Overall loved it and would definitely recommend everyone and will come back to this hotel again soon !!
