The room was clean enough. The staff gave me water everyday and was easily communicated with. They offer to clean your room every day that you are there. The location is amazing and I loved the view from my window! The bed was not comfortable, it felt like sleeping on the ground.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I would 100% not recommend it. The room was full of spiders and bugs, with spider webs all over the place. The bed sheets were dirty and clearly used, the bed itself was stained, and the pillows had stains all over them. We had booked the room for 7 days but only stayed one night. We arrived in Thailand very late and got to the hotel around 4:00 AM, so we had no choice but to stay that first night. The bed was so dirty that we ended up sleeping on the towels we had brought with us. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.
