It was in a back alley and was horrible !! We paid for 9 nights and lasted two ! Left to a hotel around the corner . It was dirty , dark and dingy. Breakfast was very poor and eggs and food was cold ! Would not recommend and would not go back . Bathroom had mildew and wasn’t cleaned daily. Very very disappointed!

Very near to Pratunam but streets around are quite dark at night. Easy to get to massage parlours though.

I made a booking for a night in Cubic Pratunam Hotel and got there at night. Finally I was told that there is no room for us. They only accept walk-in. I show them my booking number and they couldn’t get us a room. We ended up changing the hotel which is 5 min walking away. After a long flight, got to see the busy city with a bad traffic at night and walked with a a lot of stuff, that wasn’t a pleasant experience for us. Would never recommend this hotel. It’s even better to be removed from Expedia.

House keeping was poor. Did not change bedsheet and pillow case throughout my stay. First room i was given had a terrible toilet stench, staff only able to change it for the next day. Such terrible room condition and still given to customer? Noise can be heard clearly along the corridor. Really a very unpleasant stay.

Spittze Hotel was the one where we were directed which was behind Cubic Pratunam. Not sure why this happened as we were not told or explained but it made us feel a bit insecure. Though Spittze Hotel room was very good in terms of price. However check-in time took forever. Beside these, most staffs were quite friendly and helpful. I think i'm giving comments to Spittze Hotel.

Door cannot open , 1am !!!! We back from outside!!! Reception cannot settle for us, need wait till morning 8am Ok, we agree change room for temporarily, but same problem, once we out from room, door same cannot open !!!! this is our last day at bangkok, 12pm need check out, everything need clean & keep inside lagguage Very bad experience!!!!!!!!!!

Lobby was diverted to another hotel which is the sister hotel located right beside it but the staff is friendly and check-in process was rather fast. The overall room is as per what that was describe and you cant complain with the price you pay and getting such decent facilities. Perhaps the only setback would be they should had closed the window in the room as theres quite a number of mozzie in the room.
