Hotel was just okay. The room was tired looking. The bed was very hard with a few lumpy springs. Having a washing machine in the room was a plus. The breakfast was the best part. Lots of fresh selections.

We stayed for three nights on arrival on our first trip to Thailand. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room, though a little tired, was spacious and clean. Nice pool (open until 10 pm so you can swim after dinner, which was nice). Beds are hard, but that's common in Thailand, we've since learned. Excellent breakfast. Easy to get to BTS for traveling around the city. We would definitely stay again.

The Cape House was way beyond our expectations. We were thinking it would be a solid business class hotel, which it was in many ways, but the extras made it special. First, we got there at 7 am, and it was way too early to check in, but they gave us access to the fitness center and lounge, so we showered, relaxed a bit and were on our way to explore. Turns out, via a cut through, they are really close to not one, but two different subway lines. Made it much easier. The staff told us exactly what to do. Upon getting our room, it was great: kitchen, living room and nice bedroom. Staff was helpful throughout our stay, and on the day we checked out, we used the lounge until it was time to hit the airport.

Cape House is always welcoming and the rooms are fantastic-- more like your own apartment than a hotel room. Also nice that each of the rooms is slightly differently structured and appointed. Always a favorite stay in BKK

A Calm hotel..in the hustle and bustle of Bankok. Accessible to the sky train.. Executive lounge..lovely to use at the end of a busy day sightseeing, with Tea/Coffee ..Snacks available complimentary. The restaurant for dinner was good..The rooms just lovely.

Room was clean and comfortable. Really great for a longer stay as there was a living room and a kitchen. I could not get the TV to work though. The breakfast buffet was nice - not as large as others I have seen but a nice selection of western and asian breakfasts. Pool is kinda small but it's on the 16th floor so that's nice. MRT station is very close - easy to walk and a safe area at night.

Great location. Easy walk to BTS for elders and kids alike. Breakfast buffet was fine for our needs. Eggs cooked to order etc and best croissants I have had to date in a hotel!! Lounge offering was basic but a cool and quiet respite if needed.

The staff was over the top accommodating and professional! Executive lounge was a nice treat. Restaurant served a delicious, fresh and full breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel When traveling to Thailand.

Good stay and I’d stay again. Wouldn’t do it with little kids as it is certainly catered towards adults and professionals. Would be a great place for a business trip as executive lounge provides a good place to meet and or work.

Great 4 day stay
Staff so welcoming and friendly, 2 bedroom apartment was brilliant all our needs met. Great range available for breakfast. Only thing we would do to improve would be to have links to tours or attractions or information on how to book these.

Very nice room and breakfast
Great room with extra sitting area and mini kitchen. Bed was comfortable, bathroom has a shower and separate tub. Not too far to walk to the sky train station.

Great mid-size hotel
Fantastic hotel and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Bangkok. Centrally located and a short walk from two stations. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with some particularly tasty selection of breads and cakes.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are in Bangkok. It is very clean and has all the conveniences you need to have a home away from home. The staff is very professional and helpful. The location is central to everything you need in Bangkok.

Hotel is dated. You can see that once upon a time it was a gorgeous place. Unfortunately, those days are long gone. The place need a total face-lift. Most of the staff are great, a few need some refreshing training… Breakfast is pretty good, just that horrible orange juice has to go. It is just water with chemicals, nothing that resembles orange in there!! I stayed in the executive suite but even with that, amenities supply was not constant; plenty of amenities, but always something is missing. The first time they put a toothbrush, was after 5 or 6 days that I have stayed there. The nicest part is the executive lounge; big and nice, but poor selection of snacks and drinks. I requested a non-smoking room, got a smoking one. The small on the whole floor was terrible. Location is great and I really hope that they will renovate the place in the near future.

Great accommodation
The 1 bedroom suite was fabulous, very spacious & comfortable. The bed was on the firm side which was fine for me but some might prefer a softer bed. Great staff, beautiful breakfast & I recommend the Italian restaurant for dinner.

Great location but need some form of upgrade
It was our goto for stay in chidlom. The location is the one of the best and service is top notch..the staff is extremely friendly. However you can tell that the condition of the rooms is getting bad. Hoping that the management will consider some form of enhancement/upgrade.

Good service apartments, not very clean but so so. Very child friendly. A little under staffed. Taps, toilet sometimes need to be fixed- you have to call house keeping - they take care of everything but you have to call and request. Great location - recommended for family stay w kids

I was happy to be back to Thailand and especially at the Cape House Langsuan after 2 years of non traveling. The service and staff remained as it was before, impeccable! They upgraded me to a one bedroom unit and it was awesome! It is still the best spot in the Chidlom area. I strongly recommend to everyone.

Staycation in Bangkok
I loved the hotel and the way the room was decorated. We did not know that the pool was closed until we checked in. We were told that this was because of the ‘Covid 19’ situation but the pool at our condo in Bangkok is open and there was a sign in the life saying that the pool was closed due to renovation. The person who checked us in had very poor English and was quite racist, asking us loads of questions about why we were in Thailand (I work and live here...). The check out staff were lovely and a lot more accommodating. We paid for breakfast and on the first day were handed a menu with cooked food; none of it was very appealing so we only had a cup of coffee. The next day I had a lovely breakfast with croissants, yoghurt, fruit and eggs. I think there must have been a relief staff in the hotel when we arrived? The location of the hotel was excellent and things that I really appreciated were having access to the business lounge and the gift of a beautiful teddy bear.

We had a generally pleasant 5 day stay at the Cape House Hotel. The checkin process was smooth, reception staff were professional and helped out with some requests we had. The 1 bedroom suite was a good size, nicely appointed and relatively quiet despite some construction work going on in the building next door. The location is great, about a 5 minute walk to the BTS station and about 8 mins to the major malls with plenty of food and shopping options. Breakfast spread was fairly limited but of good quality. Service was attentive throughout our stay. Only slight hiccup was a slightly dirty toilet seat which caused some rashes immediately after use, we cleaned it up with some disinfectant and all was good. Would stay again.
