My house is in the CENTER of Bangkok which allow you to reach several main attractions in a short time:
400m to Benjakitti Forest Park
900m to Nana BTS station
10 min to Central World, Siam Paragon, Siam Square, MBK, Platinum Fashion Mall, The Em District
25 min to Airport

- Taxi, restaurants,7-11, Money Exchangers, Pub&Bar are all in a walking distance from the house

- The house is spacious with 240 SQM area with 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms so suitable with large group/families

- Although, Nana BTS station is lively and surrounded by many bars, restaurants and hotels, my house locates in a residential area, near the Benjakitti Forest park which is on the other side of the Nana BTS station. As such, you can rest assure that you can fully rest and relax while staying in my house :-)

- The Townhouse is decorated in Thai style with high quality teak furnitures to host the guests from various countries who would like to get the feel of living in a Thai house.

- 4 Bedrooms at 2nd and 3rd floor (3 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 1 Sofa bed) with an Air conditioner in each room, wardrobes, clothes lines, dressing tables, hair dryers and clothes hangers.
- 4 Bathrooms with showers, sinks, toilets, soap, shampoo, toilet tissue
and towels.
- 1 Large hall at 1st floor for living and dinning with sofa, a dinning set, an Air-conditioner.
- 1 43 inch SMART TV (In the living area) with NETFLIX, cable TV and Youtube
- 1 Kitchen (in a separated room with a door to keep all smell and smoke inside) with an electric stove, a hood, a build-in oven, a 19 cubic ft refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, a kettle, a toaster and kitchen untensils.
- We provide free drinking water for your entire stay through a water dispensor with NSF Certification. As such, you will not need to carry heavy water bottles to my house.
- baby's tableware.
- 1 baby cott, 1 baby chair and 1 baby bathtub will be provided upon request.
- 1 Laundry room with 12kg washing machine and 10.5 kg Whirlpool cloth dryer.
- 2 car parking space (1 each at the garage and in front of the townhouse cluster)
- 1 smoking area (with chairs and hanging fan) at the garage
- Free Wifi 1 Gbps/500 Mbps at all 3 floors.

• Floor 1: Living room, Kitchen, Dinning Area, Laundry area, Restroom 1&4
• Floor 2: Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Restroom 2
- Bedroom 1 is connected with Bedroom 2 and need to enter Bedroom 2
to access Bedroom 1
- Restroom 2 is inside the Bedroom 1
• Floor 3: Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4, Restroom 3
- Restroom 3 locates inside the Bedroom 3 and has 2 doors so Bedroom 4
can access to Restroom 3 as well.

* For reservation for more than 11 guests, kindly let us know in advance if need extra mattress.

** Early check in is always possible if there is no guests' check-out on the same day of new guests' check-in. However, if there is guests' check-out on the same day that the new guest will check in, new guests can leave the luggage at the house during the house cleaning after the guest's check-out.

*** We can help to reserve for a Van service for Airport pick-up/drop-off or day tour in Bangkok and nearby cities like Pattaya, Ayutthaya, Floating market, Safari World etc. Just let us know in advance.

**** The rental includes one time house cleaning and bed set change service upon check out; if you need additional service, there will be some charges, just let us know at least 3 days in advance.

SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE will be charged 200 USD as we need to clean all aircon right after you leave.

(Smoking area is provided at the garage)

SEPARATION OF THE KEY CARD AND KEYS always causes lost of keycard or key (the cost of card is 800baht/card and key is 200baht/key)
