I did ask during the Check-In to add breakfast to my Hotel Booking at the agreed price shown at my arrival. However, every morning I was questioned at Breakfast that the meal was not covered by my Hotel Booking and I was sent to the Reception Desk in the Lobby. I did confirm that I was going to pay the Breakfast fee, but the following morning I had the same issue - a problem of communication in between different parts of the Hotel

It's right down in the center of one of the most touristy areas, so don't expect it to be too quiet. Had a slight issue when arriving, but sorted it out. Loved the big double sink bathroom, however there's definitely an issue with their sewer system. The toilet would "Clog" when there's nothing to clog it with. Mostly Arabic customers, but pretty much friendly. I chose it because it had a very nice large room with 3 actual beds for 3 adults, instead of 2 beds and a cot or some convertible couch.

Auch wenn das Hotel nicht zur neuesten Generation gehört, überzeugt es durch seine funktionierende Infrastruktur und reibungslose Abläufe. Der Guest-Relation-Service ist sehr engagiert und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch die Küche überzeugt mit einer gelungenen Vielfalt an internationalen, arabischen und asiatischen Gerichten.

Buildings need update.

Hotel needs an update. We had two rooms, one in the old building and the other in the newer building. The old building: We were able to lock the door but the deadbolt was not align so we could not locked that. We stayed 4 nights, one the elevator didn't work for two nights. The newer building: The security door chain was missing the chain.

Over all good stay and restaurant was good choice of breakfast. Front desk staff was ok, not that accommodate. They put making money as priority then guest service. I will not stay there again. It also shouldn’t be 5 star rating, I travel a lot and put that one in 3.5 star. Anything over 3.5 would be over rating.

Vi havde bestilt et luxus værelse med teresse i 3 dage. Det var en stor skuffelse. Der var ingen møbler på værelset. Det måtte vi bede om. Møbler kom efter 2 timer. Og teressen var på ingen måde rengjort. Først morgen lugtede der af kloak på værelse. Toilettet var stoppet og der lå afførings vand på værelset. Vi fik et nyt værelse efter 4 timer. Teressen her var heller ikke rengjort. En meget dårlig oplevelse. Bestemt ikke 4500 DK værd

Lack of professionalism among front desk staff

At the time of checking out at the hotel, the person who was at the Front Desk took a long time doing it without knowing how to deduct the charges made to the room from the deposit made at the time of checking in. Causing us a long delay to get to the airport where we almost missed the flight
