Very nice place away from the hustle and bustle from Khao San Road. Been there four times already and would not hesitate to come back. The main lady in the reseption is a pure jewel. Just go ahead and book the top floor it is definitive worth the view. All thumbs up
Definitely not a boutique hotel. No elevator & no staff to help with the bags; terrible service in this regard.
A/C & WIFI worked well, bed was comfortable, had lots of hot water & bathroom was clean.
Entry to the hotel is down a long, narrow alleyway so, be aware...it is not pretty.
Probably would not stay here again.
The entrance to Adamaz House 90 Phra Sumen Road,
Banglamphu, Khwaeng Chana Songkhram,
Bangkok, 10200 Thailand.
is a narrow alley, barely wide enough for one person to pass through (see attached image).
The rooms are dirty; the shelves at the head of the bed, the table, and the bathroom are not cleaned, with thick layers of accumulated dust. The bathroom floor is covered in mud, and the sink and toilet are very dirty. It's very old-fashioned. The towels were extremely worn out (the threads on the towels were frayed and peeling off. The white towels were so worn out that they turned gray. They looked very dirty. There was no landline phone to contact the reception when needed. So it was very inconvenient. Every time I needed something or wanted to contact the reception... I had to walk down the stairs from the fourth floor (4) to meet the reception directly. The hotel did not have an elevator, so it was inconvenient for people with back pain problems like me. There was no iron as noted in the advertisement. It lacked basic amenities that other small hotels still have fully equipped such as: toothbrush, comb, razor... there was no bright spot. But the price was higher than other hotels. This place is probably suitable for those who like budget travel. But in reality, it's not cheap at all. It's even more expensive than some other hotels. You should check carefully when choosing or booking rooms at hotels in the area. Khaosan, Bangkok, Thailand. The vast majority of hotels here

OK but there are things to improve
Well located basic comfort hotel.
Pros:
- centrally located,
- run by nice and welcoming people,
- free snacks and hot drinks 24*7.
Cons:
- basic overall comfort level,
- hard beds,
- tired sheets and towels,
- room is pretty small and may not be the best choice for a long stay.
We stay here every year for a couple of nights when in transit through Bangkok. Doesn't get any better value than here. Spotlessly clean and still feels new. Quiet but always helpful staff. Great free breakfast and snack options always out in reception. Lovely and quiet as its tucked down an alley, but easy to walk to the action and the river.
Genel olarak sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kahvaltı dahil olmamasına rağmen girişteki büfede ücretsiz atıştırmalıklar olması iyiydi. Oteli bulmak gerçekten zor. Odalar ufak ve gürültülü. Ancak yataklar rahat. Turistik yerlere yakınlık konusunda çok iyi. Yürüyerek her yere ulaşılabilir.

Nice staff and free snacks, coffee etc throughout the day. On arrival, we were surprised at the room considering the price we had paid! Nice big bed, enough space and a balcony. But room was not cleaned in 4 days, we had ants in the room for the last 2 days and the bathroom is not very private - clouded glass door right next to the bedside. The shower was also difficult as if in its holster on the wall firmly it almost points directly up to the ceiling so had to have a handheld shower each day, or have the water just trickling. I have since read that you could ask to have your room cleaned, but we were not advised this on check-in. I think this is probably a policy that should be changed - at least a hanger for your door if you want to request it. Other than that, good value for money for budget accommodation if you are happy not to have bin emptied and sheets/towels changed during your stay. Location was perfect though - round the corner from Soi Rambuttri and plenty of 7/11s and decent street food options close by.

Decent enough given the price
Stayed here for one night on arrival to Bangkok, I stayed in the roof top suite. I arrived an hour early and my room was ready. The suite is literally one room, with the loo, shower and sink outside with limited privacy from adjacent buildings. There's a mosque very close by so expect the rather loud prayer over the tannoy multiple times a day. Overall though, it was a fine experience and a gentle introduction to Bangkok.
