ホテルの前の道がデコボコしているので、スーツケースを持った移動は適さないがタクシーでの移動であれば問題ナシ。近くにはレストランの選択肢も多く、マッサージ屋さんも多い。総じて満足度は高いです。

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It provides one way Tuk Tuk service from hotel to nearby BTS station. Really appreciate for the free upgrade to a Suite which is nice, cosy and spacious. Should change the curtains as it does not fully block the morning sunlight.

Aetas is very nice Hotel, Staff is very friendly and helpful. If u upgrade or book the Club Lounge, there are so many benefits, that makes it very affordable and good quality appointments. Cocktails and food is all free and very nice.

Beautiful Hotel in a nice position

Very nice hotel in a convenient location in Bangkok. Just to find a negative spot, the door on the shower didn't close perfectly well, so after shower the bathroom got a bit flooded

Wir waren bereits 3 Mal im AETAS Lumpini. Nun einmal das andere Hotel (Eröffnung 2011). Es ist super, Standard ziemlich gleich, super Betten und Pool. In einer Nebenstraße gelegen-ruhig und doch zentral. Gut funktionierender Tuk-Tuk Service-alles in allem: glänzend wie immer. Klare Empfehlung!

整體很好

跟太太曼谷旅行，搭BTS後行入酒店約10分鐘，誠然路面不太好行，高高低低，對面馬路較好。如果由酒店出去可以坐它的shuttle bus，15分鐘一班。房間很大，床也舒適，電視頻道適合喜歡英超的遊客（不是每間酒店都有）; 早餐種類也很豐富。 如果晚歸最好二人一起，始終街燈沒太多。

룸 컨디션은 곰팡이 냄새가 조금 나고 볕이 안들어서 쾌쾌한 느낌이었습니다. 하지만 호텔 직원들이 너무 친절 했습니다. 주변에 상점이 많아서 위치는 아주 좋았습니다.

Dissatisfied with Aetas: Lumpni: is this 5 star ??

We stayed here for 7 days . Fir the first 4 we were upgraded to a deluxe room . The water from the shower would travel around the tub and wet the flower and floor towels . In fact , the bathroom in the normal superior room had a separate shower outside the tub and hence did not have this problem. The customer care supervisor replied in writing that they had providdd towels to soak up water running around the tub😡!! Rated as 5 star, there were only 2 bottles of drinking water per day. The aircon controls of the superior room would not work. When I requested for a print out of 3 pages of my boarding pass , they said they would charge 10 bahts for 3rd page ! The place is located close to Nana plaza and several eateries there

有很多地方要改善

多方面需要改善 1）浴室狀況，花灑龍頭壞就應該更換。 2）花灑水龍頭連接的水管已發黑發霉，要通知才清潔。其實工人可以自動清潔，不要主客要求。 3）浴室瓷磚十分污糟 4）每天浴室用品甚至毛巾也要再三叮囑才能每天補充。甚至連拖鞋都不是每天更換。 5）改善拖鞋質素，薄如紙及容易爆裂。 住了四天最不快是沖涼液沒有也要要求！！不是服務員主動添加，當我沖沖下涼時才發現，打電話去服務台我要穿着浴袍在另一床上等他添加，足足等了15分鐘，可能個玉露器壞了，需要工具去開啟。所以服務員來來回回整了15分鐘。有相為證。 希望下次來有改善

Ein Geheimtipp

Um eine Nacht zu überbrücken, suchte ich ein Hotel in der Nähe des zuvor gebuchten CONRAD. Nur 70m weiter, also in bester Lage zwischen Lumphini und Sukhumvit liegt das AETAS. Es bietet für geringen Aufpreis eine Club Lounge und hat große Zimmer. Der Pool (mit Bar) ist sehr gepflegt, das Fitness Center eher klein. Je nach Preis ein 5* Geheimtipp!

Not so friendly staff

We arrived to this hotel for our last two days in Thailand. We had a problem right from the beginning because I somehow made a mistake while making the reservation. After an hour we managed to correct the booking. We received an upgrade and we were quite happy about it. The people at the front desk were nice, but a little bit stuck up though. When leaving we had a little issue. I have asked to have a taxi at 09 am, as we were leaving and had to go to the airport. 20 min after 09 there were no taxi there. After asking a lot of questions, the only answer I have received is that taxis in Bangkok don't like to wait for a customer. Needless to stay I was in the lobby at 09:00 am sharp. They did not want to answer me, and were quite arrogant. The hotel itself was OK, nice big room, a little bit old, but that did not bother us at all.
