Nice boutique hotel. Cozy room, but comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Staff was very accommodating when we had to switch rooms (we made two separate reservations for different room types due to a late change of plans). Great location, especially if you're looking for shopping. Right next to the Pratunam Market with an almost infinite amount of shops, plus a short walk to massive malls like Platinum Mall and Central World. Plenty of food options of course, and lots of massage shops right around the corner. Despite all this activity nearby, the hotel is in a quiet location. There's also a shortcut to reach the Phaya Thai BTS station and Airport link to BKK.

Very close to the market! Lots of food and shopping options a couple minutes walk away. If you have big luggage I recommend getting a taxi as it's not the easiest to walk rolling luggage from the nearest train stop from the airport. Nice stay overall!

Although the place looks simple, the important things like the towels pillows, beds and show was awesome! The only complaint is that the hair dryer is a little weak. So bring your own if you got long hair and in a rush.

The property was fine, it got the job done, but I probably would not stay there again. There was AC and water bottles to drink, plus they came around and offered more during cleaning, but the room was not very sound proof and there was a brown stain on the comforter and a red stain on the runner that made it feel not the cleanliest. The hotel is located down a pretty busy/crowded alley. It's nice if you want to be next to the action, but to us it felt crowded and just maybe not in the greatest area. Also no toiletries provided, not even a bar of soap to wash your hands with at the sink. There was also no door for the shower so water spilled out when showering.

Wir haben drei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Umgebung ist top! Das Hotel liegt inmitten eines Marktes und dafür war es ziemlich leise. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei Problemen. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.

Fabulous Hotel

I booked three rooms here for myself and my girlfriend and another couple and a single friend. The hotel is located within an 8 minute walk from the Airport Rail Link, if you find the shortcut thru a couple buildings:-) The property is relatively new and well maintained. The owner is very kind and upgraded my self and my girlfriend on our second stay recently. The free breakfast is a nice touch as well. The hotel is within a short walking distance to the Pratunam Night Market and a lot of great restaurants as well. There is a Family Mart just across the street should you need to grab some beverages or snacks. I highly recommend this this hotel should your travels take you to Bangkok.

I simply love the superb location; 5mins walking distance to night market (& early morning market: 5am-8am on Sat & Sun), 2mins walk to Saneeya Halal Restaurant, Arunda Thai Massage and <10minutes walk to Thailand most popular Platinum Fashion Mall. 24 hrs Family mart is just 50 steps across the lane. Hotel is well-maintained and staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are relatively small but hey who cares when you can sleep on a comfy bed & pillows with powerful air con. They serve decent breakfast and menu changes everyday. Thanks 4M Pratunam Hotel for the great 3 nites stay and I will definitely choose your hotel for my future visits.

Hotel was close to everything. Safe environment. Bed was comfortable. I had the next door kids running up and down the hallway making lots of noise. Overall the stay was nice. Breakfast was good. Customers service was good. I recommend this hotel.
