Overall, I had a good experience, especially thanks to the housekeeping staff who were incredibly friendly and kind. However, the last two days were a bit of a struggle. I woke up with five mosquito bites—three on my face and two on my neck. They were very itchy and swollen, which has never happened to me before. I hope the hotel can address the mosquito issue, as the service from the staff was otherwise excellent.

The staff is excellent, room is very clean. Minor issue is wifi not that good, streaming movies stalls at times. They have coin operated washing machines but no change or detergent. The bathroom light is behing you while facing the mirror so face is dark. The windows have zero sound insulation, 8th floor and can hear the vehicles like the windows were open. Just to note I am a veryvlight sleeper so may not effect you. Again, the rooms are spacious and very clean, great shower also.

I dont have kids but it seemedfriendly, staff were always helpfull and pleasent , shops nearby Big C has everything you need food hall chemists plenty parking for cars , live in residence everytime i come to BKK GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY
