Prior to booking at the Old Phuket, we had to find a new place to stay at 8:00pm due to oar AIRBNB room somewhere else, had no Air Conditioning and was dirty. We felt So blessed to find Old Phuket Resort. Staff was great at check in. When we opened the door to our villa - we were in shock !! Hot tub outside, large, cool, room with a desk and places to sit. Beautiful large bathroom AND outdoor private shower.Concierge staff Chai helped us with drivers to different places. So many things in walking distance.

This Villa Which Was The TreeTop Villa Was So Beautiful The Pool Was Warm Which Was Great On Those Rainy Days . I Love Love The Bathroom The Food Was Good But Needed More Variety. The Staff Was Helpful

The Hotel was beautiful, views stunning, staff very accommodating! The only issue is its not in walking distance to either Karon or Patong. This is only a minor, we hired a scooter. Food is a little pricey but other then that it was a lovely, clean, quiet hotel & would definitely recommend a stay there!

"Breakfast was limited and crowded. Drinks Menu at pool bar was very limited. Could Not order a cocktail that was not in the menu. Beach club food was sub par and riddled with birds that swooped on food constantly. Prices overall for food and drinks were way too expensive compared to other hotels ..."
