"Hotel is in a great location with easy access to the BTS sky train and is in close proximity to many restaurants and malls. Staff was very attentive and professional. However the property is showing its age and could use a renovation. Elevators were quite slow and one was down for maintenance during our week stay. AC was a bit weak in common areas and halls but worked great inside the room. "

"Very clean room, super comfortable bed with clean sheets. Staff are very helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t join for the famous breakfast buffet, but enjoyed the rooftop bar. Ambiance was good, music was tasteful and not too loud either. Very convenient location. I’d recommend this hotel. "

"Toilet in the room kept getting blocked - it was gross . The staff were lovely but ultimately couldn’t fix the issue . The buffet breakfast is terrible - boiled eggs weren’t even cooked properly, the sunny side eggs tasted like rubber and the scrambled eggs were runny . Fruits seemed like they had been sitting for a few days. Location wise it’s convenient and had a 7-11 within walking distance along with a laundromat as well .The bathrooms need a Reno ."

"Great stay at Boss Hotel in Sukhumvit. The room was modern, big, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. A convenient and enjoyable place to stay in Bangkok and good value for money. Would stay again."

"Yes, the pool area is a bit congested but a pool still. Buffet was ok and the omelets were a huge hit. Food at the bar needs a bit of updating. The DJ was great and the view was a 10 out of 10! "
