It is a simple, straightforward hotel. Located quite far from shopping mall (cihampelas walk). Overall it was a pleasant stay. Worth it with the amount you are paying.

The pictures from the website looks good but the actual exterior of the hotel looks very different. The bathroom of the room I stayed always get flooded everytime I took a shower. There is no water container in the room to keep hot water.

Terrible breakfast, room without a window.

Hotels.com should need to confirm the hotel statement before approving their detail in the website. This is twice I got the room without any window BUT the hotel statement stated the room come with a city view. In fact, it's none. No window at all. Breakfast also very terrible in this hotel and I have to skip breakfast few times because I found it no point to get the paid breakfast if the food and drink served is terrible. If I knew, I just book the room without breakfast which will be cheaper. Only location is great. Nothing else can be said, but I won't use this hotel anymore. Terrible.

Unpleasant stay.

The hotel looked good when I booked but it wasn't as published. The toilet was smelly and dirty. Room amenities were incomplete but they send us when we asked. Check in took very long time because one staff at the reception at check in time after 2pm. Should really improve the room cleanliness.

We stayed in 2 rooms from Sep 10-15, 2016 (6D/5N) at this hotel. Location was good because it was right on the Cihampelas shopping street but that was the only good thing. Rooms were tiny & cramped but I wouldn't fault the hotel for this as I booked such rooms. However, the aircons were not fully functioning & was inadequate to cool down the small room (even with Bandung's cool weather, it felt warm in the room with aircon set to max). Aircon was leaking water & made rattling or gurgling noises throughout the night. When requested for a room change, the staff obilged & changed the room for us. The new room also had the same aircon problem. Adding to that, the sewerage pipe right outside & above our rooms was leaking & the stench of sewerage filled the walk ways. Daily housekeeping was decent but always had to request for fresh towels when the old ones where taken away during the cleaning process. To be fair, the staff were all very nice & helpful people. Whenever we complained to them, they rushed to attempt to correct the problem. They were just poorly equipped to fix such major technical issues (aircon & sewerage pipes). The hotel management needs to upgrade the hotel facilities & implement better service systems for the innocent staff. Will NEVER stay back at this hotel again.

Great location, extremely friendly kind staff

You are near everything, the staff is very very kind and Armadhan (who works there) even took us around the neighborhood behind as we'd love to see the real life beyond the centres... Very clean, good shower, very spacious room, good bed and the TV with the biggest quantity of channel I ever had in my past 1 year world travel. Air condition works and very safety! Good complete breakfast as well! Overall the best value for money! Enjoy!

Superseded my expectations

Excellent service, friendly and warm. Room description not clear about room with/without windows. Mine was without but a cheap & instant upgrade got me a window room. Full buffet breakfast was fantastic. Excellent WiFi & Cable channel choices, too bad no fridge in room Located next to the coach station to Jakarta airport. 2 mins away from Cihampelas Walk.

Close to Shopping Area

We arrived at Bandung at the afternoon, so tired and want to have a rest as soon as possible, but the traffic at Jalan Cihampelas (location of this hotel) was so packed and busy. Need almost 1 hour from Jalan Setiabudi to this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, room already prepared when we (at last) reach this hotel. Parking lot is quite few, we must park at the basement corridor and leave the key to the front office, so they can move our car when another car in the basement want to go out. Breakfast served at the parking lot, under the tent. The food was not good and very few choice. At the end of our visit, the staff refuses to print an invoice for us. They said when we booked via online company (ag*da, expedia, etc), they can't make any invoice, what a weird policy. But this hotel is clean. Hot water & WiFi are also good.

Location wise is good as it is near to the Cihampelas Walk, however, in terms of room and other facilities, it is too small for couple with one kid. You have to get your hot water at the pantry (outside the room) and there's no mini fridge to keep your drinks and food when you stay quite number of days.

great budget hotel in Cihampelas

I was skeptical at first because I never heard of Vio Hotel. But it was great to stay here. The reception is fine and very welcome. The room is comfortable and clean. The location is walking distance from Cihampelas Walk. We had a great time staying Vio Hotel. Recommended for who looking for budget hotel around Cihampelas. Great value for money.

Budget hotel yang memuaskan

Vio cihampelas merupakan hotel baru di kawasan cihampelas. Desain kamar benar-benar minimalis tapi tetap nyaman dan bersih. Saya menginap selama 5 hari, dan setiap hari kamar dibersihkan tanpa ada masalah dgn keamanan barang pribadi saya. Tidak mendapatkan sarapan, tapi setiap hari diberikan pop mie mini, teh, kopi, dan air putih kemasan. Tersedia dispenser di luar kamar untuk mendapatkan air panas atau air dingin. Pengering rambut juga ada jika diminta ke resepsionis. Yang paling utama adalah hotel ini terletak di kawasan pertokoan cihampelas. Cukup jalan 10 menit, bisa sampai di cihampelas walk. Kendaraan umum juga banyak yang lewat . Makasih vio cihampelas sudah memberikan akomodasi yg nyaman dgn budget yg ekonomis untuk liburan saya di bandung.
