Tight entrance and small lobby

Rather noisy. Lobby is too small. Cars are queuing during drop off and pick-up, there is only one lane. TV does not work well.

1日だけの滞在ですが、繁華街の近くに有り、レストランやショッピングセンターなどが豊富で便利でした。 部屋もきれいに整われていました。

Wonderful time with my mate!

It was a very pleasant experience! It would be much better if I do not have to switch on and off the hotel wi-fi from time to time to get better connection as the coverage wasn't that great. Other than that, everything was great:)

Hotel review

All was good. Staff very nice & helpful. Only complaint is the BREAKFAST. There should be a choice of tea bags, not just one tea in the pot. Then there is the meager fruit offering of one tiny papaya stick & one watermelon stick in the shot glass. Had to ask if they served eggs & after specifically ordering a 'poached ' egg with a runny yoke, I was served a hard boiled egg with a hard yoke. Also, I don't eat white bread which was the only bread choice. English muffin & or whole wheat bread would have been nice. My last morning I had to leave early for my Assembly so went to breakfast at 6:30am (6:00 is when breakfast starts) but they had not received their eggs yet... so I got no eggs that morning.

Nice, Clean Hotel in Good Location

Booking & Transfer We stayed in Tebu Hotel for 2 nights in early March. Made a booking through Expedia and emailed to Willson Hospitality for airport transfer arrangement prior our visit. My email was replied the following day both by Willson Hospitality and Tebu Hotel. We arrived in Bandung on Wednesday late morning and Tebu Hotel staff was already there to pick us up. Reception & Checking-In The reception area is located on the first floor (1 floor up from ground level) and at the other end from hotel entrance. Therefore, you won’t be seeing reception area upon your arrival. However, they do have security guards at the entrance who are always ready to direct you to where to head to. We reached the hotel around 12noon and the checking in was fast, with no hassle. The Room We booked for a standard room. The size is quite ok, not too small. The bed is good. The bathroom worked well. And the place is clean. We were given a room on the 7th floor. The view is nice. Wi-fi is also provided. It was fast and we have no problem accessing to the internet. Breakfast Breakfast was simple yet satisfactory, mostly Indonesian cuisine but was nice. For the price that I paid for the stay...breakfast is like a complimentary, it was good. The restaurant is simple and pleasant.
