The hotel must be more profesional handle the gues
Quiet dissapointed since the air condition its not working properly, actually it's hot and when we ask yo change to other family room the front desk said that all room is full, and gove another solution that not make sense at all, I dinally decided to cancel for 1 night and will come back tomorrow when there is available family room, after that the front desk make a phone call and finally they give us the deluxe room which is smaller than family room we booked..
