La maison de vacances !

La maison est idéalement située sur les hauteurs de Sanary, à 5’ en voiture du centre et nous avons toujours réussi à nous garer lorsque nous descendions en ville. Bien que proche de l’autoroute, on ne l’entend absolument pas (ce qui était un peu ma crainte). La maison est grande (toutes les pièces sont grandes) et le jardin privatif rajoute encore de la grandeur ce qui est un vrai plus avec des enfants en bas âge. Catherine vous accueille en début de séjour et vous donne plein de conseils, c’est top. Nous pensons déjà à re réserver la bas l’année prochaine!

Tout c est bien passé Propriétaire très sympathique et discret Séjour bien avec un emplacement qui permet d aller facilement à Bandol Sannary et la seyne Juste un point il faudrait climatiser la véranda et pas seulement les chambres Bonne disposition des surfaces

Un peu loin pour la plage à pied. Difficile de trouver en plus des places de parkings mêmes payantes, probablement du au mois d'août. Bastide bien aménagée avec 3 locations côte à côte séparées et 1 logement familial discret au dessus. Propriétaire sympathique dans l'accueil et le suivi.

schöne Ferienwohnung mit Super Ausstattung

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich denken kann (u.A. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, TV, Mikrowelle, großer Side-by-Side-Kühlschrank, eigener Carport, eingezäuntes Anwesen mit elektrischem Tor ...). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Nähe zum Meer bzw. zur Ortsmitte ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten machbar. Einzig die nahe Autobahn erzeugt im Garten ein leichtes dauerhaftes Hintergrundgeräusch, das aber nie wirklich gestört hat. Nur leider hab es zu viele Steckmücken, aber das kann man ja dem Objekt nicht zurechnen. Einzig einen kleinen Pool für die schnelle Abkühlung zwischendurch wäre noch super gewesen, das Grundstück wäre jedenfalls groß genug. Auch mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen

Bonheur et cigales

La maison s'offre aux hôtes au bout d'un chemin privé et nous permet d'être en retrait de la route. La maison est très confortable et très agréable. Le grand jardin propose de manger à l'ombre ou bien au soleil. Mes amies et moi , nous sommes senties très bien tout au long du séjour. La climatisation est très appréciée dans les chambres par ce temps chaud du sud. Notre hôtesse nous a accueilli avec sourire et gentillesse et n'a pas hésité un instant à changer la cafetière pour notre confort. Je recommande cette location et j'y retournerai sans hésiter. Bastide Dambrine

Catherine Broussais is very friendly and helpful and speaks perfect English. The price was reasonable. The property was clean and warm in winter. The beds are comfortable. There is a good large (noisy) fridge/freezer and plenty of utensils. The TV and wi-fi reception is often "unavailable". Noise from the nearby motorway deters sitting in the garden, but is not heard indoors. Caveat: a car is necessary for shopping. An electrically locked entrance gate secures the car. .

The property was everything we expected it to be, and more, and we can fully recommend it for people with disability or mobility problems. It is very spacious with plenty of storage and enough room so that you can have a 'quiet time' alone if required. The site is calm and secure and very well maintained (the gardener came whist we were there!)., and the positioning of shrubs and plants meant that whist privacy was maintained between the two units, one could still communicate if desired. Catherine our host could not have been more pleasant and helpful and she really made us feel at home. We were there for 4 weeks and leaving was a great wrench. We look forward to returning!

A lovely and feel at home place to live!

The landlady Ms Catherine is a very pleasant, friendly and charming lady. We had a no problem in conversation with her in English. Very easy and well in advanced information was provided by her regarding the checkin procedure. The property is excellent and very well maintained. There are a number of fruit trees around the house in its own garden. The pictures provided with the description of the house exactly matches with the reality. She has provided everything for the self catering in the house. The WiFi and the telephone network signals are very weak at the location. I think if somehow the WiFi signals improve at that property it would be an excellent improvement. Overall I recommend this property to any family on holidays in the lovely Southern France.

Nous avons apprécié les prestations de l appartement : bien équipé et au calme ( un peu de bruit parfois selon le vent lié à la proximité de l autoroute mais sans nuisance) , le jardin est un écrin de verdure . La climatisation est bien utile. La cohabitation avec nos voisins était bonne ( nous avons un border collie et cela n a posé aucun souci). La voiture nous a été indispensable autant pour visiter la région que pour se rendre au centre ville ou à la plage ( place de parking payante un peu partout) . Et pour terminer un grand merci à Mme Broussais pour son accueil , sa présence et sa gentillesse. Résumé : d excellentes vacances .

C'est toujours avec grand plaisir que nous franchissons le portail du domaine de la Bastide D'Ambrine. C'est notre 3eme séjour et ce ne sera pas le dernier !! L'accueil est toujours très chaleureux . Beau logement dans un cadre magnifique avec une terrasse très agréable . Le logement est fonctionnelle :rien ne manque .Nous avons apprécié le barbecue électrique et la douche à l'italienne. Nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour. La location a répondu à notre attente au niveau propreté, entretien, et, nous n'avons eu aucune surprise quant à la description fournie. Les éléments communiqués au préalable par MME BROUSSAIS pour l'accès à la location étaient assez précis ce qui nous a permis d'arriver sans problème Merci à MME BROUSSAIS pour son accueil et ses conseils lors de notre arrivée. Nous recommanderions cette location à un ami. Quant à nous si cela se présente nous ne manquerons pas de faire un autre séjour dans cette location que nous avons appréciée.

Un bon accueil à notre arrivée, une bouteille de rosée et jus d'orange marque de bienvenue est à souligner Les conseils de la propriétaire sur les ballades,les restaurants... fût très utiles et plus un livre est à disposition pour d'autres idées. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une maison confortable et fonctionnelle.La terrasse nous a permis de profiter pleinement d'un soleil généreux.Le VAR une valeur sûr !
