Room was fine. Check in process was frustrating because it’s through remote agent kiosk and there was another couple having an issue with their reservation that took 20 minutes to resolve.

My room was not reset by housekeeping after night #1 and #2. I complained the first night and housekeeping came at 7pm while I was out for dinner. The 2nd time I complained and did not wish for housekeeping to come at the late hour it was - they in turn gave me a 25 dollar credit. Annoying. And not what one expects in LV.

This place was absolutely amazing very low key very friendly great environment especially as a single traveler was wonderful but I can see it being really cool for like a couple

A really beautiful hotel with great amenities but I had two problems. 1) I saw a very big bug the first night I was there. I sprayed it with sunscreen and it disappeared but it was quite large. 2) I didn't realize this until it was the middle of the night, but my window didn't close all the way and someone had stuffed tissue or toilet paper in Gap. Because it just so happened to be raining that day I woke up to my room being freezing cold. Turning on the heater helped, but I think it was really weird that the window was broken. But the staff was nice and most of the amenities were great including the fridge and the microwave. $40 for valet parking was kind of mean but that is about what I would have paid if I parked my car somewhere else that late at night. Also, the location is great
