"My ENTIRE experience at this property was 10 STARS !! I traveled solo for my birthday. I arrived at the property before 11 am. Pippy did not hesitate to allow me to checkin and gain access to my room immediately!! I was also greeted at checkin by Tony (front desk Manager) who presented me with this gorgeous Thai arrangement from which he pulled a bracket, informed me of the Thai tradition and blessing then tied it on my wrist! On my actual birthday, the staff surprised me at my room singing...
