"There was monkey poop on my balcony which wasn’t cleaned for 2 days, the hairdryer wasn’t working but was replaced when i informed reception, and the worst thing was the extremely loud music and karaoke right outside my room until 11pm every night. Also at breakfast, the hotel had this weird system ..."
