"Our stay was amazing and the place is lovely! We arrived in Santa Cruz on our first day and spent a night at Blu Galapagos and on our last day, spent our final night there. Our second night we asked for an upgrade with an ocean view and it was absolutely beautiful. The restaurant that is not associated with hotel, but is on location was one of the best meals we had on our trip and the view is right on the water and you can see sharks and raise and fish swimming while dining. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I would definitely return there."

"The best place to stay! The staff were always helpful and they helped me keep my reservation when flight was not able to happen at last minute. They kept rooms cleaned phenomenally everyday. I did not want to leave. The location to downtown and harbor was excellent yet far enough from the noise! Never miss a chance to stay there!"

Additionally, they provide free clean cold/hot drinking water and coffee for guests downstairs, which was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!"
