"This was my family's second time staying at this hotel. The first time we stayed, the pool was being serviced the entire time. Our grandchild was bored and disappointed the entire stay. This stay we could smell someone smoking marijuana when we were in our bathroom. We had to keep the vents on. We are none smokers. The rooms are non-smoking rooms. Also, attendant #69 was the rudest! Even when checking out, she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking for a print out of my stay. Even then, she didn't print the entire receipt and walked back to the back before I could let her know. Last, the parking fee should be free if you are staying at the hotel. Its $10 per day if you pay upfront. The first time we were not aware of paying upfront and ended up being charged almost $800 (not exaggerating) in fees for a two week stay. We had to fight with management in order to get them lowered. The location and in-house restaurants are very convenient and the rooms were very clean."

"Dark, dank and in an unsafe part of town. I left after one night. The room was small and dark and the only window looked out into a wall. Everything was old and I couldn't tell if it was clean. Restaurant had only a limited menu--not the items that are listed on their website."

"When we arrived there was karaoke at the bar and the front desk person recommended crab cakes and we were all IN. Great Pineapple Mojito and Watermelon Martini as well. Watching the karaoke made the evening fun. Friendly staff all around and they made everything pleasant. We stored bags and had a nice day walking the Inner Harbor. A great stay"

"Did not have the room we reserved available. The 4 of us had to share one queen sized bed. The AC was also broke. Our room was 83 or hotter the whole time. "

"The manager was rude and obnoxious. The other staff members were lovely. Probably one of the worst hotel managers I have ever come across. "

"I’m mainly giving this review a 3-star because of the lack of accountability held by the staff/managers for the group of students who were running up and down the halls, knocking on doors, shouting, etc until probably 3 am. After listening to it for hours, I finally called downstairs at 12:30 am and told them what was going on. They said “we’ll handle it, we are sorry”… and then it continued until probably 3:30 in the morning. Our family was stopping in Baltimore for a one night stay as we drove home from South Carolina to NY and were just trying to get some rest so we could continue our drive in the morning. We spoke to someone at the front desk, they were not of help. We called and tried to speak to a manager, they were in a meeting and were going to return our call, 2 months later, still waiting on that call back. As an educator who has chaperoned plenty of overnight stays with groups of students, I’m also disappointed in the staff/faculty who were clearly not paying attention or didn’t care that their students were behaving this way. Not cool. "

"I stayed for one night. They put me on the Terrace room which was a disappointment. When asked why I was put there, the front desk staff told me everything was sold out. The room itself was fine. Probably will not come back."
