Niscia was very personable and helpful at checkin desk. Such a delight! Only thing I would have liked is a safe in room to use. It had everything else and was quite nice and very comfortable. Would definately use again.

The hotel renovation is excellent however they should have renovated the staff and/or their attitude. The front desk staff are rude or, at best, indifferent. Also, BEWARE there is no room service yet they fool you into thinking there is by putting signs in the bathroom that read “please hang to reuse. Hang your towels to reuse them…leave your towels in the floor and we’ll replace them.” Also, they provide you with Do Not Disturb signs yet they have no room reserve - Haha! What a joke!

We’re leaving in a cruise. VERY close to port. Very walkable downtown. Lots of food/restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store right next door. Very clean and super convenient

I liked that this hotel had amazing customer service, and I really enjoyed the convenience of the location of the hotel. I could walk to my company's Happy Hour hosted at Little Havana's. I also could walk 1 min to my workplace the following day. The parking situation was very easy and explained to me clearly by the concierge person.

We have stayed before—2-nights this time to visit family in walking-distance. Dining was very slow for breakfast-items and late-dinner-items—I think short-staffed. But food quality was fine—although limited menu.

Hotel room was very nice and spacious. Everything was incredibly clean. We did have a little trouble identifying the parking lot, and it could easily be confused with the market lot across the street. The area around the hotel was very nice as well!

У этого отеля два плюса: местоположение и нормальные окна, которые не пропускают шум от дороги. Дальше сплошные минусы: согласно их регламента - уборка в номере через день. Мы прожили там 5 дней. Уборка была один раз. Да и то по качеству на троечку. Гель для душа не добавили. Пол не пылесосили. Несколько полотенец забрали и новых не предоставили. Кофе не добавили. Через приложение попросил добавить гель для душа. Результат нулевой! Хорошо, что был еще шампунь… Ресторан в лобби есть, но он не работает. Спас нас отличный супермаркет, который находится рядом. В целом, отель пока еще новый - будет нормально. Но скоро он придет в негадлежащий вид из-за такого сервиса. Ну и еще один момент добавил негатива. Супруга заказала в отель доставку с сайта iHerb. Транспортная компания сообщила, что доставила заказ. А в отеле его не нашли. Причем доставка была в 9:24 утра, а мы приехали после обеда. В общем, так посылку и не нашли. Хорошо, что продавец рассмотрел нашу претензию и вернул деньги! Но сама ситуация очень неприятная. P.S. Во время этого путешествия это был второй заказ в отель. Первый нашелся! А тут…

The hotel was clean, but the service from the staff was very poor. I was questioned about my breakfast being paid for and was told last minute that what I ordered wasn’t available I wasn’t given another choice either instead I was offered a muffin that the employee dug out of a jar with his bare hands my parfait looked old I have pictures of proof. I was locked out while stepping outside to smoke another patron had to let me in as my key didn’t work. I feel like my experience could’ve been better and ALL customers should be treated the same
