Exclusive and reserved access for bathers. ⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE CHECK-IN For your safety and to grant access at the gate, it is MANDATORY to send the Full Name and CPF (or RG/Passport) of ALL guests at least 72 HOURS BEFORE check-in. Delays in sending this information may result in denied access by the condominium gate. Accommodation Rules To ensure an excellent stay for you and good coexistence in the condominium, please pay attention to the following rules: Events & Smoking: It is strictly forbidden to hold parties, smoke or use illicit substances. Subject to a fine of R$ 1,000.00 and immediate cancellation of the reservation, without refund. Vehicles: If arriving by car, please send the vehicle details (model and number plate) 72 hours in advance. For rental cars, the details can be sent as soon as you pick up the vehicle. Conscious Use: Turn off the air conditioning whenever you leave the apartment. Beach & Towels: Do not use the apartment's towels on the beach. Upon returning from the beach, please use the footbath entrance (next to the garage). Waste Management: Separate your waste into organic and recyclable materials and dispose of it in the ground floor bin (next to the footbath). Unforeseen Maintenance: The property is an extension of your home. In case of any unforeseen event (burnt-out lightbulb, water/power fluctuations, etc.), we will do our best to resolve it quickly, subject to the availability of local service providers. Schedules and Guidelines Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. (On the day of arrival, please send a message to receive final access instructions.) Check-out: Until 10:00 AM. Schedule changes: Subject to prior availability (please check 7 days in advance) and may incur additional costs. We are available 24 hours a day to help with any questions before and during your stay!
