"Had.a lovely stay Audrey and Mark were lovely so welcoming. Our room was lovely and clean nice comfy bed. We had our little dog Maudie with us there was treats for her at breakfast. The only regret was we didn’t have dinner there we went to Callander and the road was so dark next time we will have dinner there"

"Very old building so lots of quirky features like different shaped wooden skirting boards, the bath in our room in need of refurbishment but clean & both sink & toilet looked new, our room was lovely & cosy (a bit too hot at times but preferable to it being cold) Paul the chef & manager friendly & welcoming. "The stay as a whole was very pleasant. The room, clean, the decor, very nice. My only 'gripe', is that the water pressure for the shower was terrible. I felt I had to run around in the shower to get wet. It was little more than a dribble and I felt I had to stand with my nose against the wall to get under the water. I took ages to have a wash!"

"This hotel is at superb location! We appreciated amenities (washing/drying machine, water fountain, etc.). Also the studio-typed room is very specious with kitchen, table and couch. We would use this hotel again for our next visit to Glasgow."

"The staff was extremely helpful and very nice the hotel itself is a little dated but it’s rooms are very big which is nice the area has lots of restaurants and bars around and it’s very walkable to everything but it can be noisy at night with the bars and restaurants being so close by in fact our room was overtop of a bar "
