"1. House was cold on several occasions during our stay; couldn't manage on our end & 3 of my guest got colds. Had to contact the owner every time who handles everything on their end2. The WiFi was unreliable 3. There were ants in the kitchen. We kept the kitchen clean constantly, not leaving food on the counter or on the floor 4. There was a coach roach in one of the bedrooms5. There were refrigerators with water & ice dispensers and neither of them produced ice. There was a ice machine maker but it definitely didn't produce enough ice for 5 adults6. The washing machine washed my colored clothes in hot water even with the cold water setting7. There was no closet in the master suite8. Pool wasn't heated enough; again, everything managed by the owner and had to wait on their response"

"Employees always make you feel welcome, great location, clean, and good selection for breakfast. Only thing I would change is the syrup for the waffles shouldn't be so close to the waffle makers because people bump into you trying to reach for the syrup when you're making a waffle. Other than that, everything is pleasant."

"The host missed the reseevation. But was able to resolve the access within about 30 minutes. There was no microwave and the silverware was at the bare minimum. But the rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. The wifi was too slow to stream, but i have a hot spot on my phone.Mel was very friendly and appologetic and provided a small refund to compensate. I would stay there again if she works through the pass for the pool and jaccuzzi, and gets some more silverware and a microwave. Th3 location was perfect and close to my daughtee."

"Nice quiet neighborhood, close to huge variety of restaurants and grocery shopping district. Host provided well maintained home. This will be my first-choice next time we return to visit Florida. "

"This rental was perfect for our long-term stay while moving from St. Louis to Florida. The house looks small on the outside but will surprise you when you step inside. The kitchen has everything you need and all three bedrooms are decorated nice and comfortable. I work from home and used the desk in one of the bedrooms. This really is a pet friendly house, no carpet and easy to clean. The large yard is great for anyone with kids and pets. Check in is super easy, even if you arrive late at night like we did. The host is very responsive to any questions. I highly recommend this property."

"This property was in a very nice area with really no noise around from other houses or vehicles. It is walking distance to the closest gas station and is fairly close to the grocery store as well. I was very happy with how clean it was when we arrived and the proper amenities were provided for our stay! "
