"Great hotel, lovely rooms and comfy bed. Stayed for 2 nights visiting family. Used the car park which is underground but has loads of space as it’s used by the museum visitors. Staff really good, plenty of them working in bar, restaurant etc. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Couldn’t fault this hotel, it’s quirky, full of character. "

"Very comfortable room and central to Belfast. Wonderful staff, very helpful, cheerful and gave great service… The standout staff member is Brian from the bar who remembered us from previous visits and made us feel so welcome… He is very engaging and I believe he is an asset to your bar. "

"Service could have been slighter better with regards to tranfers between main hotel and forest accomadation given it being December and your expected to wear your robe to and from spa as only private members get lockers. Which isnt very appropriate when stayin away from the main spa itself. "
