"I was excited when I learned we were on the 8th floor (out of 9), but was disappointed when I got to the room. No real view, we were on the wrong side of the hall! Room was also small compared to the other places we stayed on our 15 day tour of Ireland and Northern Ireland. And this was the most expensive so I guess I had my hopes up. But they gave us a great recommendation for dinner, and the location was great, we walked everywhere. Also super convenient to Grand Central Station."

"The information on parking was totally wrong. The hotel has no car park of its own.- We wasted loads of time trying to get into the car park recommended (after we booked). It was fenced off. We got the correct information from staff to use another car park opposite.. Things then went smoothly and it cost us £10 for 24 hours. The hotel website (and the information sent once you have booked) needs to be corrected as soon as possible."

"We had a wonderful stay at Maldron Hotel Belfast. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well maintained, with all the facilities in good working order. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was very convenient for getting around the city. A special thank you to Marcus at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, warm, and funny. When we were trying to check in using the self-service machine and it wasn’t working properly, Marcus stepped in right away and helped us complete the check-in smoothly. His thoughtful service made a big difference after a tiring journey, and he genuinely improved our impression of Belfast as a whole. Highly recommended!"
