"Friendly staff, easy check in, and short walk to interesting things. Great breakfast options and nice relaxed atmosphere in bar/restaurant area. Only negative would be the sofa bed in family room was not very comfortable and certainly not really big enough for two growing children!"

"Perfectly located hotel! You can walk pretty much everywhere. Great restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and the main tourist attractions are all within a 15-minute walk. Plus, the hotel staff is super helpful. Just be aware that if you select the twin bed rooms, the twin bed size in Europe is very small; at 5' 8", this bed was not big enough."

"Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet but very close to lots of restaurants, pubs and just a couple of minutes walk into the city centre. A few minutes walk from Grand Central bus and train station, very easy to get a bus from Belfast City Airport. "

"Very good overall apart from one day the room was not cleaned and never had fresh cups to make tea or a replenish of some new teabags to make a cup of tea the next morning. Apart from that very welcoming and a lovely stay."
