"The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. However, I wish the staff told us during checkin that breakfast was included. We also had the room serviced on day 1, but not day 2. And the room lock malfunctioned on day 2, meaning one of us had to always be in the room."

"Although it said seaview room, this did not happen. Beds were clean and comfy. We were put in a disable room (that none of us needed) there was a trip hazard with carpet between bedroom & bathroom. The wet room which had poor drainage and after 3 people showered the water flooded the whole bathroom. ..."
