"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn Albany/Western Ave., the room was super clean, the staff was very helpful and the indoor pool area was beautiful! The hotel was also in a great location with many local businesses available and trips to MVP arena and the New York State Museum were easy and less than 15 minutes away. We'll definitely be returning to this location in the future. "

"Room was clean, staff was friendly, price was right and when we didn’t have water they moved us to another one. I wish I could have enjoyed more the amenities. Maybe next time! And whoever was working 1/19 mid shift was the nicest person. She was so kind and I wish I could remember her name! I had her grab me more chamomile tea because I was a nervous wreck to fly back home. "
