Fabulous facilities all around and of course the Jurassic Park is an extra special place, especially for kids who love dinosaurs! So much to do without being fleeced at every turn. "As an academic I have trouble giving more than 9/10 but this property is 12/10. Staff in all areas particularly reception were amazingly helpful well beyond any 5 star big city hotel. The hotel is a brilliant older building in excellent condition. In house fining brilliant - bfsst and dinner. Value is outstanding. Rooms are a little tight but what can one expect. "
