"Nice property "

"Resort itself is very nice, nice easy walk to the Main Street. Staff were excellent, very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was really good, lots of choices. We stayed for 2 nights and there were only a couple of things that were a bit poor. 1. The fire alarm went off 3 times during our short stay, including once early morning. People lining the corridors not sure if it was a drill, or a fault. No explanation given. 2. Our room (2234) was a “Deluxe” room, but it did appear a bit run down. The shower seal leaked leaving a pool of water on the bathroom floor, which did cause a panicky slip the first time I stepped out. Also the window handle was a bit faulty which made it difficult to open it. Other than that everything was fine. The bed was very comfortable. Would maybe stay again but it would have to be a special offer. "

"Diane was a great host. Our room was very comfortable. Right next door is the Whisky Castle with lovely staff and lots of choices."

"Fab staff and comfy beds but so noisy with other rooms children making a Racket till ridiculous hours. Room was clean and comfy but it was the noise of others that caused issues "

"My husband and I spent two nights at this gem of a traditional country hotel while attending the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival. Mark, the proprietor and his entire staff, could not have been more friendly, gracious and accommodating! Fabulous breakfasts and lovely public rooms including a cozy bar with fireplace seating. Bedroom spacious and comfortable. And we also attended a festival whisky pairing dinner at the hotel that was truly delicious created by Mark's wife who is the chef. "

"It was a beautiful quite place to stay and the grounds where lovely as it was spring and all the flowers where in bloom. "

"Only issue was unable to have a bath due to large amounts of grit/silt coming from taps apart from that it was a great stay normally use the premier inn but will definitely re use the mansion house "
