  • Overlooking the beautiful Shelly Beach, this wonderful two-bedroom apartment has spectacular oceanfront views, stylish furnishings and well-equipped kitchen. Only a short stroll to the beach and Shelly Beach café, which dishes up excellent food, this apartment is ideally located for a relaxing holiday.Wake up each morning to a waterfront breeze and the sound of the ocean rolling through the apartment. Surf, Sea and Sand has its own private balcony, modern kitchen with dishwasher and a BBQ.

    The main bedroom, with sweeping ocean views, has a queen ensemble and the second bedroom has a double ensemble. The sparkling bathroom doubles as a laundry, with its own washer and dryer, and the lounge and dining area have almost 360 degree views of the ocean.

    The apartment is a short walk to the beach and the many walking and bike trails that East Ballina has on offer. There are also some excellent cafes in the neighbourhood and the main town of Ballina is just a short five minute drive away.
