Staff were very pleasant and helpful room was comfortable and spacious breakfast was plentiful only thing that took time to figure out was the layout of navigating the stairs as we were on 3rd floor all in all it was pleasant so thank you to all concerned.

Always a good stay at the Ballina Manor, the staff are lovely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great. Brilliant location right in the centre of the town. We always stay here when we are in Ballina.

The location was great. We had a beautiful view of the river from our room and everything we needed to get to was walking distance from the hotel. The staff was friendly and when my cab never showed up, the staff at thw fromt desk helped me secure another cab so we could get to my brother's wedding venue.

The hotel is located in the heart of Ballina; near shopping, restaurants and pubs. There is a traditional charm and warmth about it. The staff was so accommodating, we would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel that needs some modernisation to bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable with great food. Amazing service except for one very sour receptionist. She was so hostile. All other members of staff were impeccable. Had some great sleeps and food! Thank you to all the team. J

The room, bed, staff, breakfast, location, were all satisfactory. We had a good 1 night stay, and slept well. The resident laundry room was in a poor state, with the washer & dryer full of towels, and the room was unkempt, full of towels everywhere, including on the floor. The dryer filter was overflowing with lint. We would have liked to use the laundry facilities, but could not in the state it was in. Enjoyed the breakfast and the breakfast service was courteous and efficient. Breakfast options were very good, which included hot and continental choices. It was very nice that we could have breakfast before 7:30am, which is not usual in most areas.

If you need to stay in the center of Ballina.. this is your hotel...walkable from the train station. Staff are so friendly,helpful and professional.Check in was easy. Rooms are clean and cozy. The only thing I would say is that there is no Air-conditioning so room was warm. Breakfast included was excellent offering a true Irish Breakfast Overall, i world highly recommend this Hotel to anyone.
