"We booked a loft room. It was perfect for our family of 3. The hotel is in a great location with most of the tourist spots walkable. "

"I’ve stayed at The Fitzwilliam several times and like the location, cleanliness and room size. This time, our heat was blasting and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat. The woman at the desk was very helpful and had maintenance take a look. Unfortunately, we were told the thermostat was “tricky” and the heat could not be adjusted. We had to leave the window open and the street noise was very loud, as expected. Not a great solution."

"The room was clean, and comfortable. Nice and dark with no unwanted lighting, and quiet. The breakfast was good, with something for everyone. Plenty of choice and nicely cooked. A good experience. Staff were courteous and helpful. "
