"INCREDIBLE- all I can say! This was an absolutely magical experience- we couldn’t believe our eyes. It felt like we were right in the jungle! Except with some of the most beautiful gardens I have ever seen. There were toucans flying over our heads as we sat in the hot tub on our deck that looked out over a river. "This place is not right in Uvita but for good reason. It is located a 7 min. drive out of town along the river. What a beautiful setting. Across the river is a protected forest. There are only a few casitas which makes the place very quiet and relaxing. The gardens are full of a variety of tropical plants with paths meandering through to hidden benches and tables. "Overall this property is exceptional and better than photos or past reviews could express. Our family of four arrived after dark on Jan. 1 for five nights. We were met by David who had provided excellent directions and had communicated all of the details in advance. We woke up to amazing views of the ocean and all sorts of animal noises in the jungle right beside our villa. We enjoyed many hours on our front porch looking out over the ocean.
