"Clean room and friendly staff"

"The lobby looked nice and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the large balcony with a great view. Unfortunately, our overall experience was still disappointing. The hotel is not very stroller-friendly. From the parking area to the elevator for the lobby, there are several unavoidable steps that make access difficult. Traveling with a baby, a stroller, and luggage made this especially inconvenient. We also had a few issues in the room. The shower head was leaking and spraying water in multiple directions, which left the bathroom floor completely wet. Additionally, when our child accidentally clogged the toilet (with a normal bowel movement), we notified the staff, but no one came to assist or resolve the issue. Overall, while the hotel has some nice features, the lack of accessibility and slow response to maintenance concerns made our stay frustrating."

"When we got to our room I opened the sliding glass door and the smell of dog urine was horrible. I asked the front desk to clean the balcony which they did but it really needed a deep cleaning. I was also surprised that the room didn't have a microwave and that the bath towels weren't plush and were very small. Also the weird crooked metal lock on the bathroom door locked me in. My boyfriend had to unlock the door from the outside so I could get out. With a room costing this much I expected luxury and in my opinion I would have been disappointed at half the price. I chose not to post this review on social media because I'm hoping that you resolve these problems going forward."
