  • A home away from home.

    A large house to gather and enjoy with friends and family. This large heritage listed Victorian home was built in the early 1930’s and sits on one of Ballarat's Premier tree lined streets. Only a short walk to the centre of town (Sturt street) or Lake Wendouree, come and enjoy all Ballarat has to offer.

    The property is a 1930's Art Deco heritage listed house which had a business built onto the side in the 1960's which was used as a green grocer, a bottle shop and then other various trades. In 2019 the property was renovated to create one large dwelling.
    The house encompasses 2 large living areas one of which is enormous, an outdoor entertaining deck with TV and BBQ as well as 4 large bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, 1 ensuite and 3 toilets.
    The perfect place to stay for large groups in central Ballarat.
