"We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. "We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed by the level of service throughout. The team accommodated our room preference perfectly and did a fantastic job with the room decorations, cake, and bouquet of flowers, which made our stay feel extra special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. The pool area was lovely and a great place to relax, with the poolside bar team providing excellent service throughout our stay. The dining experience was enjoyable overall. Bonita and Mama Miso were particular highlights, offering excellent food and a great atmosphere. Breakfast at Chutney was also a standout, with a wide selection and consistently good quality. While some of the other dining offerings could be further enhanced, the overall culinary experience was positive. The spa was another highlight of our stay, with excellent facilities and treatments. Expanding the availability of certain wellness services would make the experience even better. Overall, this was a memorable stay with many standout moments, and we would happily return and recommend the hotel to other travellers."

"We loved our stay at Alila Diwa and would absolutely recommend it. We stayed outside of peak season which meant we were able to upgrade to Diwa club for a really reasonable price and I'd recommend doing the same, if you're able to; the rooms are spacious and bathrooms actually feel separate to the main bedroom/living area, plus you get access to the sundowners at Bistro. Our stay at Alila Diwa rounded off a 3 week trip around India and so we were ready for some sun lounger time, early nights and had already had two weeks of delicious North and West Indian cuisine. If that wasn't the case, I think we'd have been a little more disappointed in the food options at the hotel, particularly as there are limited walkable options nearby (GoaMiles doesn't operate in the areas so for taxis, you're reliant on organising via the hotel/a driver). The restaurants are nice but not as delicious as some of the cheaper, local places we visited in north Goa, before arriving. We also visited the spa for a massage. The service was really easy to organise and incredibly well priced for a 5* hotel. And it was quite literally the best massage of my life. If you want a beautiful hotel, time to rest and hospitality staff who are equal parts charming, equal parts utterly wonderful - then Alila Diwa is 10/10."

"Great place to be for resort kind of stay. Cool and calm place just away from traffic noise and they have maintained every single big brand amenities, you won’t miss big brand stay. Best part is direct access to silent beaches with very less crowd. You could consider it as private beach. Great stay with great food and service"
