"The first rooms we were shown had a strong musty smell, but the staff responded immediately, and we were given other rooms. The rooms were clean. We liked this area too - with restaurants and a Walmart right there. For a one-night stop on a cross-country road trip, this is as good as it gets. The breakfast is fantastic. We liked the yogurt machine and the pancake machine especially. This breakfast exceeds what I have received in higher end hotels. The staff is great. We would definitely recommend staying here."

Cozy Lake Latoka Cabin with Loft

"Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed (extra blankets, towels, pillows, etc.) Luke was very responsive in all communication. A few issues why we would not rebook....1. The ice machine and water from the fridge did not work and we were not told this until a few days prior to check in. Not sure how long it has been out but ice and water on a 90 degrees weekend is a must so we had to buy our own. 2. The lake is extremely weedy. 5 feet from shore the weed bed covered every inch of that area and was knee high. It is NOT a swimming lake so we went down to the public beach to check it out but it was so inconvenient. We had to try and float over to another swimming spot identified by the owners but is directly in front of other cabins so felt a little awkward. 3. The owner owns the cabin next door and was put there a majority of the weekend. The cabins are very close so it was super hard to enjoy our time outside with the owner and his family there."

"This was a fantastic property for our family vacation! Best stocked kitchen I've ever seen - everything you would want to cook and bake for a group. The shed was full of fun water toys/activities. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Easy public access to have rental boats delivered. If we're ever in the area again, we would stay here no question!"

"We had a wonderful time at Kensington Kabin! Everything about our stay went smoothly -- logistics were a piece of cake thanks to clear communication with the host. The lake was so enjoyable, we loved swimming, canoeing, and just hanging out on the dock. We loved being outside on the lake and porch, then we spent a relaxing time in the open, clean, and welcoming kitchen and dining area. In the evening, we retired to the fantastic TV room. Wow, what a great space! Indoor highlights of our stay included the fun bunk beds and the awesome TV entertainment room."

"The property was great and as advertised. Owner was very easy to work with. The Pontoon was in the shop for service but they had a back up one ready to use when we arrived. The best feature for us was were the patios. Very hot weekend and the covered patio with ceiling fans were great way to spend the time outdoors and not getting overheated. Would stay here again."
