Located in the center of the department, Baldersheim, this pleasant little village where life is good with all the local shops, is an ideal starting point to discover the whole region with motorway access less than 10 minutes away, as well as cycle paths in the immediate vicinity. The independent cottage can accommodate 5 people and a baby, and is located opposite the owners' house.
On the ground floor, you access a room where you will find all the documentation to organize your stay, as well as a toilet.
Upstairs, the night area is composed of two double bedrooms with 140x190cm beds, wardrobe and bedside tables,
as well as a single bedroom with a 90x190cm bed and storage chest.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room, which includes TV, large 5-person sofa and coffee table. A relaxation/leisure area is at your disposal, with a homemade Dutch billiards table (Schoelbak), and a reading/music corner with a comfortable armchair.
A large bathroom with toilet and washing machine. All on an area of approximately 100m². Outside, 2 car spaces in the property next to the cottage. A private sheltered terrace, with garden furniture and barbecue (on request). Baby equipment on site. Sheets provided and heating included.
The owners welcome you on site upon your arrival.
