"The hotel is beautifully located in the heart of the bustling Historic District. And, WOW, housekeeping kept the room immaculately clean! We loved the soaking tub and the complimentary Mini Bar. My only small issue is that I would have liked another chair and more dresser drawers storage. Thank y'all for a great stay!"

Raul fue increíblemente atento, ayudándonos con nuestro equipaje y asegurándose de que estuviéramos cómodos. Compartió excelentes consejos sobre las comodidades del hotel y las atracciones locales, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Su conocimiento de la ciudad y sus recomendaciones reflexivas hicieron que nuestra exploración de la Ciudad de México fuera aún más agradable.
