Old renovated building of the 12th century in the heart of Balazuc, medieval village classified as "Most beautiful village in France". River at 300 m, kayaking, walking, hiking, greenway. Many sites nearby. Ruoms, Vogüé, Vallon pont d'arc, Aubenas.
After 4 years of renovation, the former stable of my ancestors has been transformed into spacious and pleasant living accommodation. This house brings well-being.
The house is on two levels, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one of which has a walk-in shower, an open space with an office and additional sleeping, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a living room with kitchen, dining room, lounge area and a laundry room with toilet. On the lower floor is a vaulted room, a small living room giving access to a courtyard with outdoor furniture.
Bed linen and towels provided. Cleaning must be done before departure, for any rental returned not cleaned, the flat rate of 100 euro will be charged.
