The studio is located in a detached single-family house built in 2002, renovated in 2005, and functionally furnished. The property is situated in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard. Billiards for shared use for a fee.

Balatonboglár. The studio is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. There are also 2 identical holiday apartments BAL BOG 002 (each for 4 people) on the property. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property and the street in front of the house. 1 parking space per apartment for a fee, otherwise on the street.
