Since it’s clearly a kids’ hotel, of course parents will buy, and it seems the hotel takes advantage of that with inflated prices. Another small downside was the large number of mosquitoes. "Brett and Lilla are Always very happy with our stay at hotel helikon the food is always great and so is the facility’s and the pleasant staff except for one low life who yelled at me for bringing my own drink to the dining room table but since I’m rich and he is working poor I acted like an adult and let it go even though I could have ruined his life because this is the American way he’s lucky I wasn’t an evil elitist snob European other than that everything was great the man was over 45 and had grey hair so Il let him enjoy his pathetic life "

"Do not have any high expectations- this hotel property is very basic. There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. Upon entry to the hotel we were greeted by a very rude arrogant man - who seemed overwhelmed and very unpleasant. He had shocking demeanour and was very unprofessional. We also experienced very rude staff at breakfast. "

"Location was good but the private strand wasn’t comfortable. There were no sun beds available for to use, had to rent them which is bad! Should be provided! The restaurant was crowded hard to find tables anytime!"
