"Yes the Tv did not work at all during my first night at the property. Despite reporting several times and staff keep promising this would be sorted, no one came from maintenance .. "

"We had an excellent stay at the Oberoi. All the staff were attentive and so sweet. From check in with Vindi who was so great at telling us all we needed to know. The grounds are so beautiful, the beach was perfect, the pools were clean and so refreshing! Oh and the food! Fantastic! The rooms are maintained well and we had turn down service every evening with beautiful towel designs. Special shoutout to Natasha and Niki at the Herb Trail restaurant who was super friendly and accommodating. Maya at the spa gave the best body scrub and massage. We now plan on visiting all the Oberoi locations as soon as possible! Definitely our favorite stay in Mauritius so far! My husband and 1 can’t stop raving about our stay! Thank you for creating such a serene, beautiful and luxurious experience!! "

"Beautiful beach and location. Staff were excellent . Shout out to Gini on front desk and David one of the restaurant managers who went out of their way to help me. Also thanks to duty manager who met me on my check out to see how my stay had been. This hotel has everyone at an affordable price "

"The rooms are nice and spacious. The landscaping and beach access are great. Good spa area and wellness spaces. However overall the shared spaces such as pools and restaurants are tired and in need of an upgrade. The staff were nice but there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between staff members and service could be slow. Food and cocktails were average."
