"住了三個星期，我想分享我對天母丹迪最真實的感受大家好，我叫 Tony，是一位旅居美國37年的華僑。這些年來，我幾乎每年都會回台灣4趟，每次大約住2～4個星期。因為經常往返台美兩地，所以台灣的飯店也住過不少，像晶華、喜來登、茹曦等都有住過。這一次回台灣，我選擇住在天母丹迪旅館，而且一住就是三個星期。這是我第一次在這個平台分享自己的住宿經驗。我不是專業評論家，也不是業配，只是想把自己這次住下來的真實感受告訴大家。讓我最感動的，是櫃檯的一句話這次從美國回台灣，經過大約14個小時的飛行，到了飯店時其實已經非常累了。拖著行李走進大廳，本來只想趕快辦入住、進房間休息。沒想到櫃檯的 Joanne 看到我，笑著對我說：「您來了，真高興又見到您！」聽到這句話，我真的有點意外。因為她竟然還記得我。後來才知道，她前一天晚上其實已經值班到天亮，但面對客人時，還是保持笑容和親切的態度。對飯店來說，也許這只是一句很普通的招呼。但對一個剛坐了14個小時飛機、拖著行李回到台灣的人來說，這句話給我的感覺很不一樣。那一瞬間，我突然有一種：「回來了，有人記得我。」的感覺。也因為這樣，Joanne 成了我這次住宿印象最深的人。房間不是豪華型，但住三個星期很舒服我先說實話，如果你期待的是五星級飯店那種豪華裝潢，天母丹迪可能不是你想像中的那種飯店。但如果是像我一樣，一住就是兩、三個星期，我反而比較在意房間乾不乾淨、住起來舒不舒服，以及生活上方不方便。這幾點，我覺得丹迪做得不錯。房間整理得很乾淨，空間也算舒服，基本設備都很齊全，小冰箱、保險箱、吹風機、除濕機等都有。每天也會整理房間，補充瓶裝水、咖啡、茶包和一些小點心。這些事情看起來很小，但住久了就會知道，這些小地方其實很重要。我也很喜歡櫃檯旁邊24小時提供瓶裝水和小點心。晚上回飯店口渴了，或突然想吃一點東西，不用再特別跑出去買。飯店也有停車位，對開車的人來說很方便。這次來台灣又碰到不少下雨天，飯店還有雨傘可以借，對我來說也是很實用的服務。早餐，我覺得吃得很舒服因為住了三個星期，所以早餐吃了很多次。我喜歡的是早餐會有一些變化，不是每天完全一模一樣。口味也比較清淡，不會太油。當然，如果你習慣五星級飯店那種非常豐盛、選擇非常多的早餐，可能會覺得這裡比較簡單。但是對我來說，早餐最重要的是新鮮、吃得舒服。我喜歡天母的生活感這次住在天母，我也更加喜歡這裡的生活步調。附近吃飯、買東西都方便，便利商店、餐廳、咖啡店都有。有時間的話，也可以去士林、故宮、陽明山走走。不過這裡也有一個缺點，就是如果每天都要往台北車站、西門町或信義區跑，交通時間確實比較長。所以我覺得，喜不喜歡天母，很大一部分還是看自己的行程。如果喜歡安靜一點、悠閒一點的環境，我反而很推薦。三個星期後，我為什麼還會想再回來？住過不少飯店以後，我現在越來越覺得，飯店不一定要多豪華。房間漂亮、設備新，當然很好。但是一個飯店真正能不能讓客人記住，有時候還是看「人」。一句親切的問候、一個真心的笑容，甚至只是有人記得你，都可能讓你對一間飯店留下完全不同的印象。這次住天母丹迪三個星期，我最記得的就是 Joanne 對我說的那一句：「您來了，真高興又見到您！」對我來說，那不只是一句服務用語。那是一種回到台灣、回到熟悉地方的溫暖。所以，如果你問我：「下次回台灣，你還會不會住天母丹迪？」我的答案是：會。"
